Ham Spread

Ok, OK I admit it "I LIKE HAM SPREAD!!" sometimes called sandwich spread. If you have never had it, boy you are missing out. It's not like you are eating head cheese or something like that (if you like head cheese I apologize for the comment) this is actually good stuff. It is so easy to make and very versatile. I goes with just about any type of bread and is great morning, noon and night.

Here is how I make it:

Ham Spread

Ingredients:

1 slice Ham 3/4 of and inch thick - ask your deli to slice it thick
¼ cup mayo
¼ cup sweet relish
Salt and Pepper
Bread

Optional - You could add a little Dijon Mustard (1 tbsp) for a little more tang. OR you can add peppers (ex. jalapeno, serrano or any type of chili you like) to make it hot and spicy

Directions:

Cube Ham and put in blender with mayo – blend until small, very small pieces
Stir in Relish and season
Salt and pepper to taste
Put on bread or toast
And EAT up!!

Oh and a little dab on top of a deviled egg is also very good..........
